Dígitro provides a range of advanced telecommunication platforms aimed to the Corporate and Carrier segments. Based on CTI (Computer and Telephony Integration) technologies, these platforms integrate, in a single frame, PABX, ACD, IVR, MUX and Router resources. By offering Voice over IP (VoIP) and Voice over Frame Relay (VoFR) devices, they allow for the integration of company branches through corporate networks. In addition, they provide a seamless integration with other key softwares for hotel management, billing, CRM and others, including search in major third party databases.
Developed to meet any corporation or solution size, the Dígitro product family is composed by the following digital platforms: NGC office, NGC business and NGC corporate. These equipments support data and voice, oriented to business communications and to a range of services for Telecom Carriers.
With hardware and softw are technologies totally developed
by Dígitro, the platforms use telephony and IT resources with
open architecture (Linux), providing connectivity to external
environments.
